Shipping, Refunds & Returns.

How we ship your research materials, what happens if something arrives damaged, and our stance on returns and refunds. All materials are supplied strictly for research use only.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals and the associated safety and contamination risks, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds — except for verified manufacturing defects, as detailed below.

Shipping & Delivery

We prioritise fast, discreet dispatch of every order. Orders are prepared for shipment as soon as payment is confirmed, and tracking information is provided within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Free domestic shipping. All domestic orders ship free of charge.

International shipping. Ships via UPS Worldwide Expedited for a flat $44, with an estimated 5–7 business days in transit.

Delivery estimates. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or holidays.

Accurate address. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays, losses, or reshipment costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, though we will make reasonable efforts to flag apparent issues before shipment.

Tracking & Insurance

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it directly with the carrier. Every order is fully insured in transit for added peace of mind. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we'll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Because research materials cannot be resold once they leave our facility:

No returns or refunds. Except for verified manufacturing defects (see below).

No cancellations after payment. Orders are non-cancellable once payment has been processed.

No exchanges. We are unable to accept exchanges for any reason.

Limited remedy. For verified manufacturing defects only, and at our discretion, we may issue a replacement with conforming product or a credit toward a future purchase. Cash refunds are not available except where required by applicable law.

Damage & Inspection

To be eligible for a defect remedy, you must:

Inspect on arrival. Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt.

Report within 48 hours. Report any damage or discrepancy in writing through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide evidence. Include clear photographs of both the packaging and the affected item, and any supporting analytical data where reasonably available.

Cosmetic variations that do not affect quality — such as a shifted or broken lyophilized cake, or minor differences in colour or vial-top — are not considered defects.

Payments & Chargebacks

We accept major credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency at checkout. All prices are in USD.

If you believe there is an issue with a charge, please contact us first and allow up to 30 business days to investigate and resolve the matter in good faith. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may be treated as a breach of our Terms and may result in account suspension. We're confident we can resolve any genuine issue directly and far more quickly.

Cancellations & Modifications

Because we prioritise fast dispatch, there is only a very short window to modify or cancel an order after it is placed. We'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing. Please double-check your items and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
